A training program sharing key management standards and field-oriented cultivation know-how critical to the success of apple mango farming was held in Gochang. Allgorun Agricultural Co., Ltd. announced that it conducted a practical cultivation training session for new growers on the 6th at the Gochang Agricultural Technology Center.
The training featured direct participation from Miyaki, a premium mango cultivation company from Japan, which provided field-oriented instruction covering the entire cultivation process from seedling planting to harvesting. During the session, Allgorun distributed its self-developed cultivation manual and liquid fertilizer management guide, presenting practical management standards that growers could directly apply in the field.
The core focus of the training was precision management according to each growth stage. The program emphasized that rather than simply applying fertilizers, careful management tailored to every stage — including planting, root establishment, vegetative growth, flower bud differentiation, flowering, fruit setting, fruit enlargement, and harvesting — is essential. It was also highlighted that the balance of temperature, moisture, and tree vigor has a decisive impact on final yield and sugar content.
A standard liquid fertilizer management model was also introduced, focusing on strengthening tree vigor during the vegetative growth stage, adjusting nitrogen levels during flower bud differentiation, and emphasizing potassium- and calcium-based management during the fruit enlargement stage.
In particular, Allgorun strongly emphasized that the initial selection of seedlings is directly linked to profitability. The company explained that choosing inexpensive seedlings without clear variety identification or proper cultivation guidance can significantly increase the risk of failure. Growers were advised to evaluate pruning conditions and tree vigor management rather than simply looking at the number of leaves and branches. The training also pointed out that seedlings cultivated mainly in ornamental tree forms may be disadvantageous for actual fruit production.

Allgorun Agricultural Co., Ltd. is expanding its farmer support system by operating a management program that continues even after seedling distribution, including cultivation environment management, disease control, and stage-specific technical support. In addition, through a memorandum of understanding with Dalat University, the company is conducting joint research on tropical crop cultivation technologies and taking the lead in establishing a standardized cultivation system optimized for domestic growing conditions.
Related experts commented, “For apple mango cultivation, the key lies not in simply planting the trees, but in the technology and expertise required to grow them successfully,” adding that “receiving support from organizations equipped with professional management systems is the fastest path to success.”
Choi Ik Joon, CEO of Allgorun, emphasized that “for apple mango cultivation, the management process after planting is more important than the initial start itself,” and stated, “We plan to continue operating a long-term support system so that farmers can achieve real harvests and profitability.”
